The heavily pregnant 42-year-old happily travelled to Wimbledon this morning where she presented a live broadcast on GMTV throughout the three and a half hour breakfast show.
While Kate has been pictured recently apparently feeling the strain of balancing her early mornings with her second pregnancy, there was no sign of it today as she glowed on centre court.
